1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Anva Finance's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anva Finance.

3. Professional Relationship

Our services create a professional relationship between you and Anva Finance. This relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect. We will provide professional advice to the best of our ability, but you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information
• Final financial decisions remain your responsibility
• We provide advice based on the information you provide and current regulations
• Market conditions and regulations may change

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your financial situation
• Review all documents and advice carefully before making decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms include:

• Fees may be charged hourly, per project, or on a retainer basis
• Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refund policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and Canadian privacy laws. We will not disclose your information except:

• With your explicit consent

• To regulatory authorities as required
• To service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, Anva Finance's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
• Changes in tax laws, regulations, or market conditions
• Decisions made by you based on our advice
• Third-party errors or failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Professional Standards

Anva Finance adheres to all applicable professional standards and regulations governing financial services in Canada. Our professionals maintain appropriate licenses and certifications and participate in ongoing professional development.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our professional relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide you with copies of your documents and records
• We will complete any urgent work in progress unless otherwise agreed
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from our services, we agree to:

• First attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussions
• Consider mediation before pursuing legal action
• Submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
